Scheduled time was reasonable, the service writer explained my issues and they were resolved. Delay in a part being received and the dealership paid for the rental car. Problem was resolved.

Al Oxley ROCKS!

If your looking for a guy who knows his stuff he is for you. Recently purchased a used Superduty and he was a no pressure type of guy. He is always looking for rebates and discounts for you without even asking. Makes the transaction as smooth as possible. If you want to test drive every car on the lot he will make it happen.

Great work getting us into our next vehicle.

Shawn Hardy did a great job getting us into our next vehicle. He was professional and conscientious and I would certainly recommend him as someone with whom to do business. Over all, we had a great experience with the dealership in general and were able to purchase our vehicle at a great price and with great attention from the staff.

Outstanding Service Department

Everything from the time I arrived to the time I paid was professional and I was called and updated exactly when they said that they would call. They fully understood the issue and recommended the best advice on fixing the issue.

Tools and thier uses

All was fine till I changed my tires a week after service. I realize the technicians do not know how to properly tighten lug nuts. I had to use a breaker bar to loosen the nuts. I can only assume the tech instals the nuts with an impact gun then confirms they are at least tightened to 100 ft/lb. with a torque wrench. They should never be that difficult to remove. I would be more than happy to come in to train anyone to properly use a torque wrench. Not sure if I want Hines Park to service my vehicle in the future. Regards - Patrick Ruggiero

Great service!

Service

The new Quicklane approach is much more efficient. Including the tire repair, I was out in half the time versus previous visits. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
