I was highly satisfied with my service experience at Hines Park Ford, Inc..

The sales person I had was Mike and he was excellent. He was very knowledgeable about both the trucks history and how well they were maintained, and he had all the paperwork redy for me along with the truck when I came to pick it up.

My car, unfortunately, was in an accident on my way to work one morning. With that being said, my breakfast and lunch for the day was thrown all over the front seat when I was hit. Hines Park went through the bag that the policeman and firemen gathered from the accident and pulled out everything of value. This was not expected, but VERY much appreciated! Everything is working well on my car outside of some sticky buttons on my console from the spilled coffee from the accident.

Scheduled time was reasonable, the service writer explained my issues and they were resolved. Delay in a part being received and the dealership paid for the rental car. Problem was resolved.

If your looking for a guy who knows his stuff he is for you. Recently purchased a used Superduty and he was a no pressure type of guy. He is always looking for rebates and discounts for you without even asking. Makes the transaction as smooth as possible. If you want to test drive every car on the lot he will make it happen.
