I have purchased and had vehicles serviced a Gervais for over 40 years. I am always happy!!!!!!!!

Real good customer service, I received some reminders before my appointment and they call you when your car is ready for pick up. Very friendly personnel and they go the extra mile to help you. One of the vehicles that I took for service was a federal gov. vehicle and they got the necessary authorizations to repair it themselves. I didn't have to worry about doing anything. I took cars there several times and always had a good experience, I fully recommend the place for repairs and service.

Very thoughtful and efficient team at Gervais. Service and Sales groups have always been very helpful and easy to deal with. I found the paperwork involved to be manageable. When leasing an F150 the sales team kept in touch with me to make sure I was hooked up with the color of vehicle I wanted. All around great.

Vehicle was in decent condition, needed some repairs, within a quality time frame repairs were made to my truck, I was in a truck within a week of walking into the dealership, with complications with banks. Quality customer service, great place to buy a vehicle.
