Great experience!

Personally we had a great experience. Michael was our sales associate. Edison and Brian were the managers who were also helping us with our purchase. All three were absolutely great! We would like to personally thank you all for helping us get our new car! Your dealership indeed don't sell cars. You help people buy them. We have always been wary of a car salesman, often with good reason because of our past experience, but you've helped to redefine the stereotype. Thank you all for answering ours questions honestly. We are very happy with our new car. You can be sure that if we have friends looking to buy new cars in the future, we will be sending them to Herb Chambers Chevrolet of Danvers and telling them to ask for Michael Frio and your team. You can be sure that we will provide excellent feedback on the survey from GM motors. You guys deserve it :). Thank you again for helping us find our perfect car.

Helpful and Caring service

After dealing with horrible dealership, I came into this dealership and left with a car the next day. They were very helpful and caring. They made my shopping experience great. Although the car they were trying to get me into was not what I wanted, I LOVE THIS CAR... 2014 Chevy Cruz ( purchased in August, I know I am a little late with my review) best car ever.. Thank you to both Corey's for the best customer service every and the best experience at a dealership I have ever had.

Great Dealership - Good People

I just leased a 2015 Equinox from Herb Chambers in Danvers MA, I have never had an experience even close to this dealerships treatment of their customers.
