I purchased an accessory for my vehicle thru Ford, it
I purchased an accessory for my vehicle thru Ford, it arrived in a couple days at McGovern Ford in Lowell, I spoke with Brian in service and I got an appointment for the next morning. Lisa met me at the service desk and explained what would happen, got me a ride home, texted me a video of the installation, called me in two hours that my vehicle was ready and when I arrived Abigail handed me the keys and said you are all set and thanked me for using McGovern. I have normally been dealing with Carlos over the years and he is always ready to listen to what I need to have done to my vehicles. This is why I go to McGovern Ford in Lowell. The service team is great and I could not be happier.

Nissan of drum hill. You loose screw you 1st-listen to the customers NEEDS 2nd- get off your horse of being better than the customers. MCgovern ford... To me drum hill ford. Give Robert Keenan a RAISE! I came in in a bad way with a 2008 f150 with 310,000 miles. I told Robert my situation and what was going on. Robert ,"LISTENED" TO WHAT I SAID Not only did the dude listen to me. He HEARD what I was saying. He put himself in my shoe with my situation I was in. He got me my monthly payments where I needed ram and terms of loan. Im very happy with my maverick. As im all done with full size trucks that I've been driving for 35yrs. Thank you Robert and the rest of the team at DRUM HILL FORD.

I really do like McGovern Ford at Drum Hill.
I really do like McGovern Ford at Drum Hill. Not always pleased with Ford as an automobile manufacturer, but this dealership deserves 5 Stars for its consistency in great service. Bought a new Mustang. They no longer come with full spares or donuts of any kind. They do however come with a small compressor to fill a flat tire which is really useless when you have a hole in your tire. I’m told by Ford “Well this is how the Germans, Mercedes, high end foreign auto manufacturers do it”. My only response to them is “how do you feel about a loved one riding in a vehicle that actually prevents them from helping themselves in an emergency?” Again, the Service Team from McGovern Drum Hill - Top Notch

It’s was my first time to deal with kind of a dealership
It’s was my first time to deal with kind of a dealership I went there and I had already made my mind I wanted SUV ford Escape and don’t know much about buying so went there based much on my guts,I went there and this young man met me looked oky I told him what I wanted and we were talking we talked about Faith I am to blame because I trusted him for that .The Car so far is good went there for oil change Oky.Now here is the big question this Man told me to put a down payment which I did 6000$ but when I went through my papers recently found out there was no where indicated that 6000$ was deducted from the amount I bought the car nothing, So I paid I was told is down payment can someone explain to me what my down payment went and when i went back for an explanation the guy trying to do so only mumbled all he could tell me is that he was sorry was I conned of 6000$ was is it a legitimate fee or what was that and the worse part of it I have just come from recovering from something very serious .Can someone explain this to me so I can understand more about buying cars,

Nancy, I am so sorry, but unfortunately, we can not find you in our system. We have not sold a Ford Escape recently. When did you buy the car from this location? Can you please reach out to the General Manager, Christian Kassis, at ckassis@mcgovernauto.com or 351-500-6005; he has a few questions for you. Thank you.
Nobody wants to break down, but when you do, it’s nice to
Nobody wants to break down, but when you do, it’s nice to know you have a Ford extended service plan. That is up until you talk to someone at the dealership and they say we have to charge you a diagnosis fee incase it’s not under warranty. Then the next call you get, we have to charge you an even higher diagnosis fee, cause we don’t know if it’s under warranty. Then when they do get it covered for you under warranty, it would certainly be nice if they called you back and told you that they have it covered so you don’t have to sweat it out. Then nicer thing is once they fix your car that they actually fix your car And put it back together correctly. So my overall experience, I can’t really say was that great. When I went to pick up the car, they didn’t want to give me my keys until I paid my deductible. I said can I go look at the car and make sure everything‘s working it’s not like you just changed the wipers on my car. So reluctantly, I got the keys. Nobody came out to the car with me. After five minutes, I realized that there’s a major problem. The air conditioning isn’t working. So then, of course I was forced to go test drive the car with the service advisor because he said The air conditioning doesn’t kick on until you drive the car. Yes obviously that is certainly not the case but I humored him because what else was I going to do? I had to comply by his rules. So now after 10 minutes I was told well. It is a hot day outside so that could have something to do with it as I looked at the dash and the temperature was 72 not exactly what I call hot. Bottom line when you have to replace an engine, you obviously have to disconnect the air conditioning so you have to evacuate the system. And then recharge it. But first I had to be asked when you brought it in was the air conditioning working. My car has 85,000 miles on it, but it has been exceptionally maintained. I do an oil change every 3000-3500 Miles with synthetic oil. I baby this car. So then the car was brought back into service. They ran some tests and then recharged the system. The service advisor told me he charged the system, but he didn’t fully do it. It wasn’t done at all. There was only hot air blowing out of my system. It wasn’t partially charged. It was never charged, but obviously they can’t own up to the fact that they were delivering me a car that was not properly serviced. I did ask several times when I was told the car was ready. Can you please test drive the vehicle drive it around? Make sure everything works. I specifically asked can you check the air conditioning, blah blah blah? I lived 400+ miles away from the dealership round-trip so it was not exactly easy to deal with. Never once offered a loaner car or any type of transportation assistance, even though this should be included within my Ford Warranty since I have first day rental. Also, you would think when you do a big job at a dealership they usually would run the car through a quick wash and give it back to you not dirty with grease on the bumper on the hood on the door not even a paper floormat or a seat protector. Overall, it’s upsetting that when you do a big job on a car that it should be test driven, and all systems should be checked. It’s the lack of attention to detail that makes me give this dealership a rating of one star. Had I left without checking I would’ve been halfway home to realize I don’t have working air-conditioning and this would’ve been my problem to now go to another dealer. Wait get it repaired and probably have to pay out of my pocket and be majorly inconvenienced. On a big job the service advisor should probably go out and confirm all work was completed and the car is properly working. Quality is job one, However, not at McGovern Ford
