The manger Scott Carter does an amazing Job over that store, it runs like a well oiled machine, service in any division of McGovern Ford of Lowell , Scott service manager is great to work with as well , when it comes to oil changes and tire rotation she is great , her team has you in and out , Scott Carter makes buying a car off him @ McGovern easy and honestly other dealerships after you buy cars off them treat you like crap, won’t help you and make buying cars unpleasant, Not Scott he is fabulous and honest and I own two cars from McGovern and I’m a small business owner and anyone I talk to that needs a car or truck I send them to Scott Carter for over 27 years and I still swear by him , you can’t find an honest and dedicated guy like Scott, it’s honestly hands down the best dealership in New England hands down , CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AT ITS FINEST!!!

McGovern Ford is great. Craig Ramos is a great sales rep (we have leased 3 vehicles from him) and the service team is great. Always friendly and knowledgeable. We have been going there since it was Drum Hill Ford and we love it.
