Bought a van from here. Has a broken interior part that...

Bought a van from here. Has a broken interior part that hangs down and has a very annoying rattle. When we bought the van they said part was on order. When we completely the purchase two day’s later part was still not there. They said they would contact us when it came in. Two weeks later and we haven’t heard from them. We have called twice and left messages and have not received a call back.

BEWARE -- They have "lying" ads...

They lie about their prices online to get you to call in. OR, they only have those prices listed for people who LIVE IN THEIR ZIP CODE. AND WORK FOR THE MANUFACTURE (RAM, DODGE) to get their employee discount, which they've already figured that price for you, even though you may not qualify. TERRIBLE WAY OF DOING BUSINESS.

If you are looking for the best car buying experience EVER, I suggest you get ahold of Chris Campbell from Szott Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM! I am a 61 year old female buying a vehicle on my own for the first time ever. Chris made this transaction stress free and actually enjoyable. He is very knowledgeable and answered every question (and I had plenty) With patience and on a level I could understand! I will recommend Chris to all my friends! Thanks Chris!

Hellcat left in its dealership cage!

Took the time to drive an hour to their dealership to inspect and test drive a 2015 Dodge Challenger Hellcat. The Sales person I set the appointment with was polite and proper, no complaints from me in this regards. I was pretty quickly handed off to another Gentleman whom had the decision making authority. He talked up the dealership as we went back to the shop to look at the car. He explained to me that he was in preparation to leave town on a weekend vacation, using that car if it didn't sell today. Then proceeded to show me some dog kennel walls that was in the trunk. The shop was attempting to remove a flat black hood wrap that was on the pearl flake black paint. Fugly and for sure needed to go. I was never given the opportunity for a proper inspection, nor a test drive. Pretty much it went like; now you "see" it, ready to buy? I got the typical dealer speech of the price isn't negotiable which I've heard on my last 3 car purchases. The asking price was 47k. My offer was 48,500 O.T.D with a six month warranty required. More than generous offer for a vehicle they bought from auction and it has a trade in value of 36-39k. The offer was declined. Asking the dealership to stand behind their product with a short term guarantee was to much to ask. I left the dealership disappointed in my time spent and felt as if the person was more interested in using the car for the weekend verses making a reasonable sale. They had a few nice vehicles on their lot, but nothing unique from most other dealerships. I will add I was very disappointed in the upkeep of the used car sales showroom. Cluttered, water leakage issues and needed a good proper organized cleanup. Car.com asked for my review, there it is.

The BEST in leasing

Scott Myers exceeded my expectations. I walked into the dealership and my first encounter was Scott Myers. He was professional, reliable and created the best experience for making my decision easy to leave another car dealership. His follow thru was a 10 and he delivered on each and every decision we made after questions, driving cars, and looking at my best options. Would recommend Scott as a great go to person if you are buying or leasing!

I took my 2017MY Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT in for service at Szott M-59 Chrysler Jeep. Very friendly and knowledgeable service advisor. All service was done in a timely manner. Valuable service advice was given after vehicle inspection. Outstanding first impression.

Very fun and professional experience
