Szott M-59 Chrysler Jeep

I’m on my 4th vehicle through Szott and will continue to use them in the future. My last two dealings were with Will Jackson. I told him exactly what my needs were and he met all of my expectations. The entire staff at Szott has always been friendly and professional. The service department is both quick and efficient. I’m a truly satisfied customer and in this day and age it’s rare to say or hear.

Andrew the Finance manager was amazing got me the best rate for the car I was looking at and Bradford Watson It’s amazing sales person he gave me everything I ask for he went above and over for me I appreciate everything they did and I will be by my next car from now if you look for a used car come say hi and tell Christian sent you

This is the 3rd vehicle Scott Myers has helped us acquire since 2018. This one was just as easy, if not easier, than the first two. Scott and I spoke Tuesday after 2pm. I told him I’d like the same vehicle only newer. He said, I’ve got 4. What color? I picked Slate Blue. I drove down at lunchtime on Wednesday to check out the new vehicle. BEAUTIFUL! I told Scott I’d be back after 5 to swap vehicles and that was it!!! Scott really makes car buying (leasing) a piece of cake, not to mention he’s pretty funny. Behind the scenes he’s coordinating everything so we have another AWESOME experience. I’m telling you…if you’re looking for a person who goes ALL OUT for his customers, Scott’s your guy! Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, etc. He’s got us as customers for life!!

Chris is wonderful!!! Went in expecting to be denied due, to poor credit. He was only scheduled to work half a day but gave us his cell number if we wanted him to come back, which he actually did! Chris was and is very honest and forthcoming, which is very hard to find in any salesman and I appreciated that! Chris busted his xxx and successfully got us into a vehicle that was affordable! He wasn't pushy at all! Listened to everything we were looking for in a vehicle as well as everything we didn't want. Just a great salesman and person all the way around! Worst lease experience ever encountered. Took over two months to finalize lease paperwork due to multiple discrepancies on the dealership processing paperwork. General manager is rude and argumentative. The amount of customer service is appalling.
