My wife and I had a great experience buying our new vehicle at Dick Scott Motor Mall. We showed up at about 8:00pm on Monday March 2nd to look at a Jeep. Chris Helka was the salesman and Jeff Lopez completed all the paperwork for the financing. They both stayed until 10:30 that night with no hesitations so we could drive the Jeep home. They had answers to all our questions. We had asked about the underbody rust proofing and since there was a week wait to get this process completed they offered to have us drive it home and they would pick it up and dropped it back off when the process was completed the following week. We also went back on Saturday March 14th to pick up the new license plate and get a key made for my wife?s jeep. When we arrived Chris Helka took us back to the service department. They were extremely busy that morning but Chris took it upon himself to talk with the manager to have him personally get the key made and sync it to the jeep. We were expecting to wait for over an hour and we were in and out of there in less than 20 minutes. Dick Scott?s customer service was fantastic when we purchased the vehicle and has continued to be great even afterwards. We would recommend Dick Scott Motor Mall in Fowlerville to anyone who is looking for a vehicle.

I am so happy to write this review for Dick Scott auto mall. I recently had a car buying situation that needed to be handled in a very short time period due to a family tragedy. Don Harley and Mitch Malkasian went above and beyond to take care of all of the complex trade in arrangements as well as expedite the new car buying process at the dealership. It took less than two hours at the dealership after they handled everything else up front with a couple of phone calls. This is what makes them unique. Anyone can sell you a car, but not everyone can listen and help with the complexities that life situations sometimes bring. If you are looking for someone who cares about people - not just sales- this is your place. If you want to just be sold a vehicle, you might have to go somewhere else.

All of the staff at Dick Scott were very helpful and so nice! They helped me find the perfect vehicle that fit all my needs. I wanted a Jeep Grand Cherokee but didn't want a high payment. They helped me get into the perfect Jeep with a low, affordable payment.

Mitchell Malkasian was exceptional. I contacted Mitchell on the phone prior to my visit and explained exactly what vehicle I was interested in purchasing. As promised he had the vehicle I wanted parked in front of the dealership upon my arrival. The vehicle was clean and ready to take for a test drive. I also had also previously advised Mitchell I was going to purchase my vehicle from the dealership that would give me the best deal. Mitchell not only had the vehicle I wanted he managed to beat the prices the other dealerships quoted. Purchasing my vehicle from Dick Scott Motor Mall in Fowlerville was the least complicated and most satisfying new car buy I have had ever made.
