Have been a customer for three decades.

Have been a customer for three decades. Purchased or leased many Cadillac cars. Excellent quality and engineering. Through the years many service representatives have come and gone. Ron Farmer has been with the dealership the longest due to be knowledgeable and always providing hteat service when needed.

I wish Cadillac had a dealership closer to

I wish Cadillac had a dealership closer to Clarkston/Waterford area. No dealership in area since Jerome Cadillac in Pontiac went out off business.

Entire staff is top notch!

Entire staff is top notch! Was a great experience starting with Tony in the Service dept, to Bri when getting Courtesy vehicle and James in Sales.

Emily and the entire team were very helpful, efficient

Emily and the entire team were very helpful, efficient and professional from start to finish. Patrick did a great job explaining the various function of the car as it is my first EV! Great experience at Crestview!

I went in for a simple oil change and had one of the

I went in for a simple oil change and had one of the worst experiences at this dealership service department. This was my first time visiting Crestview Cadillac dealership. I normally go to another Cadillac dealership, but decided to try this one since it was close to my house. Ron, the service advisor, was initially welcoming and friendly, but things went downhill quickly. He mentioned that my air and cabin filters might need replacing and was going to come to the waiting room to let me know. Instead, no one ever came to the waiting room to ask me for approval, and I was automatically charged for both filters along with the oil change. After just 45 minutes, my car was ready and I was handed a bill for $344. That’s outrageous for an oil change plus two filters, especially since I never authorized the additional work. At the time, I was in a rush and didn’t have the chance to argue the charges, so I paid and left. Since then, I’ve been trying for over a week to speak with the manager, Brian. Despite calling numerous times, I’ve received no response. This lack of professionalism and accountability is unacceptable. Please be warned: this service department will take advantage of customers, especially women, by performing unauthorized work and charging for it. To make matters worse, management refuses to even return calls. I will never return here, and I strongly advise others to take their business elsewhere.
