Excellent work, but a little lax in paying attention to the waiting customer. Legitimate problems arose which caused delays, but no one told me until I finally asked after waiting well past expected time.

Dealership sold me a car with a bad tire and trying to ask me to pay for half of the cost to replace it. Extremely frustrating and disappointed with the customer service. Avoid this dealership.

My wife and I went just for eye shopping but found the car that we wanted on display. Emily salesperson invited us to her desk. She was knowledgeable to give answers to all we asked. This led us to decide to buy the car without delay. Thanks to Emily and her manager and others nearby for showing kindness and caring.

Makenna - Service Dept was professional and helpful. My out of warranty 2024 Lyriq software update was performed on time and so far, so good and all for $630! My real disappointment was with my P/U experience. My Lyriq was not washed. After asking, Makenna had your service team "run it through a wash." When my Lyriq was returned to me it was covered with water and spots were forming quickly in the hot sun. I immediately began drying it with my own towels. One service tech even walked past me watching me dry my own $75K+ Cadillac. My expectations were not met! With an experience like this I can't help but urge Crestview Cadillac to act like you're Cadillac, you're better than this! I hesitate to recommend Crestview service center because of this seemingly minor detail. But it has to be these little things that separate Crestview, or Cadillac from other luxury dealers and brands. Sincerely. Darrell Niedzwiecki

Crestview Cadillac was fantastic to work with. The entire process was easy and accommodating from start to finish. Emily was especially great—knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive throughout the experience. She made everything seamless, and I would highly recommend both her and Crestview Cadillac.

We had a typical service scheduled, oil change, tire rotation, filters checked, etc. Crestview Cadillac was ready to work on the car when we arrived and quickly returned the car. Invoice read well in terms of services delivered and results of checks performed. Was in and out in roughly an hour.
