We purchased the car sight unseen and the sale was

We purchased the car sight unseen and the sale was handled long distance on line. The salesperson was very helpful to implement the sale. The 2023 Cadillac CT5 had no second key fob and the salesman resolved that issue. Our texts and calls were always answered. We were very appreciative especially handling things long distance.

Excellent & Professional Customer Service.

Excellent & Professional Customer Service. Service department was friendly, quick and accommodating. The only issue I have is when I called to make an appointment I was told on the phone at least a week to get me in for an oil change. I popped in at 8 am the next day and was immediately met by Tony who took my car in and finished my service within an hour. Better communication is needed when people call in.
