Unfortunately, my experience was poor due to the 90,000 recommended inspection not done. No report on inspection provided. No recommended service, after 90,000 miles driven was provided.

Good dealership, everyone I interacted with was friendly and I didn't feel like I was "on the menu" like I have at other Cadillac dealers. 4/5 because i felt the dealership's Finance team was a bit inflexible when it came to delivering my car, and it very nearly cost my business. My salesman Adam K. was 5/5 stars. He worked really hard to secure my deal, which involved a distance dealer trade on a hard-to-find vehicle. My car was probably a mid-tier sale for him dollarwise, but I felt that he made my deal a priority over the few weeks it took to get everything arranged. Would absolutely recommend this dealership if you work with him.

Easy transaction.. only thing I would suggest is if someone makes an appointment to look at a car for the dealer to suggest they only bring one car to look at it. It would have saved us time, gas, traffic and stress… just a suggestion
