I needed an oil change and Steve was super professional when I called. He got me in quickly and when I arrived to drop off my car, he was very professional, kind and friendly.

I initially went to Cretview Cadillac to see if a new
I initially went to Cretview Cadillac to see if a new Cadillac appealed to me. I fell in love with a black CT4 at a good price and purchased it without a drive. After 3 days, I decided the car was too small to make me happy. Adam King worked with me to trade up to a CT5. I'm a bit poorer for having made the CT4 a used car before deciding on the bigger car but it could have been a lot worse. I'm happy with the CT5 and Adam made it happen.

One guy was very rude to my friend who drove me in a
One guy was very rude to my friend who drove me in a “Ford”He yelled at her to get the “Ford” out of there. She was actually going to look at some Cadillacs while we wait. There was no line of cars and someone else said it was ok. Would have gotten all stars if not for him.

I stopped in to see if a new Cadillac would interest me.
I stopped in to see if a new Cadillac would interest me. I fell in love with the 1st car that I looked at. A 2025 CT 4. I bought it and quickly regretted doing so. Too small and cramped. I lost about $8000 trading up to a CT5. I do love the CT5. My salesman, Adam King made me feel that he was.on my side and worked hard to enable my trade. I would recommend Crestview Cadillac. I would also suggest looking at all of the offerings before choosing. My mistake was my fault but sure was a costly week and 100 miles. .

My salesperson was James. He was very knowledgeable and professional in his dealings with me. He worked on my behalf for every dollar that I could save. He went out of his way for me to get $500 gm rewards card benefit even though I had lost my email after acceptance. He listened to all my concerns and resolved them. I would recommend James and Crestview to all and everyone.
