Very nice service department.

Very nice service department. Everything was top notch. I don't know the names of the people in the service area but they were all fantastic. And a special shout out to the gentleman who delivered my rental car to me and picked up my car; he was amazing!!!! The tech person was great as well!

Booked my appointment in advance.

Booked my appointment in advance. When I arrived I was told there was no way they were getting to my car. Would have been nice if they called in advance as I arranged my day around the appointment.

Had an amazing experience with Crestview.

Had an amazing experience with Crestview. Tony and Bri were 2 of the most professional service employees I've had the pleasure of working with. My vehicle unfortunately was part of the catastrophic engine failure recall so the car was there for a long time - these guys kept me in the loop and in a beautiful loaner car the whole time. They tried to quickly fix my Lyriq without doing a history check on what had be done previously. I informed them before and after. My Lyriq issue remains and requires more work and another visit.
