Good and great courtesy car took awhile for the engine to
Good and great courtesy car took awhile for the engine to get repaired but they did give me a new engine and it is running great Cadilac still Les me a paint job some floor mats and a rear end hatch plate but other than that it’s fine

Ridiculously expensive.
Ridiculously expensive. Because of the built in diagnostics, they were able to diagnose the needed repair but then charged me a small fortune to get my car back.

Went in because we were going to lease an Optiq, was
Went in because we were going to lease an Optiq, was ready to pay the downpayment to order, was very excited about it. We had an appointment set up for test drive. Confirmed by phone and confirmed by text, the time for our test drive. Arrived and checked in at the front desk, and the person we were suppose to ask for, Adam, was busy, so we waited, and waited, and waited. Almost an hour later, and not one person had asked us if we needed help or bothered to help us. Finally asked the front desk lady why we were never helped, she said all the salespeople were busy.....but we saw several of them at their desks looking at their cellphones. She finally asked for a salesperson over the loudspeaker, and one finally appeared, 5 minutes before the store was about to close. So we had to leave without even talking to someone about ordering. Very frustrating, we will probably order from someplace else if that is the way they treat customers. Not the luxury experience you are supposed to expect from a luxury dealership.

The dealer who helped us was truly awesome! Just a minor concern is that he could've been a little more knowledgeable on the EVs he was promoting. As I briefly mentioned earlier, he was somehow misinformed and suggested a courtesy vehicle without realizing it's not eligible for the tax credit. Other than that, he was polite throughout. Thank you again.
