My most recent service was the worst experience that I
My most recent service was the worst experience that I have had with the service department. It took 2 1/2 hours to complete an oil change. I do not plan on using Crestview service in the future.

The Service Department Personnel (Ron and Brian, and all the employees) does an excellent job, everyone is nice and has excellent customer service skills.
