A quote on a service was never done, left 4 messages. This last service was the reason I will no longer have you maintain and repair my vehicle. I was mislead through the whole process. Received a phone call after work had started they need another 2 hours of labor.

I got more than I bargained for!
I got more than I bargained for! Went in for an oil change, and also recieved a software update, an error reset, and a fix to my side mirror detection system - at no extra in charge and complete in one day.

I've been leasing my vehicles through Crestview Cadillac for a while now, and I've always had stellar service. Kara is knowledgeable and super efficient, and she goes above and beyond, even on her days off. Everyone else is great, too, aligning with all that the Cadillac brand stands for.

The company itself was not bad at all.
The company itself was not bad at all. Place was easy to find and clean. The welcome person was a pleasant greeter. Dealing with Emily was spectacular. She was kind, warm, friendly and very knowledgable. Kara was frustrating to work with, that is how we ended up with Emily. Kara talked down to you as if you didn't have a brain cell. Very arrogant. Craig the general manager was amazing. He was patient, kind and understanding. ALWAYS returned my call and his follow through was spot on. The only other issue we had was with the finance dept. The gal there was very snooty. She didn't give us all the paperwork that was needed while we were there however, made us pay another company to do all the paperwork as we were out of town buyers. 3 days after we bought the SUV we received a package in the mail with paperwork to sign and get notarized as well as a VIN check done. When I called the finance person she was very passive aggressive and couldn't understand or wouldn't understand where I was coming from. She doesn't answer her phone and doesn't call you back or email you back. She is very difficult to work with. Overall, because of Emily and Craig, we would buy another vehicle from you even having to deal with your finance Dept.
