The service at the Cadillac dealership was abysmal, unresponsive staff, and poor communication. my escalade was there for more than 70 days and still had to go back two weeks later

The team was patient with me.
The team was patient with me. The inventory didn’t have the exact combination I wanted but Derrick worked to find an excellent choice. The GM Family First system held up the sale for over a week. They sent my number but technical support nor escalation or customer service could help me online, I use all the other online GM sites.
