My tv was broken after I left but couldn’t prove it happen there. Been wanting a Escalade my whole life . Not good experiences would rather go back to ford

The repair of the driver door handle was completed

The repair of the driver door handle was completed successfully. I was surprised how long it took to get the part and it took me calling the service center to find out the part had arrived. The installation that was to take 1.5 hours had the car in the department the whole day (8:00 drop off and 4:30 pickup). I stopped in to see if it was done and Chris advised it just was completed 25 minutes ago and had not gotten around to call me.

Maintenance was done in a timely manner and the techs

Maintenance was done in a timely manner and the techs were very pleasant and considerate of an 85 year old woman who knows very little about what is needed and when.

Emily was nice and tried to give me a good deal.

Emily was nice and tried to give me a good deal. I wish i could save more but the dealership manager did not negotiate much. I also could not get full extent of color and options i wanted due to low ineventory or they intenionally wanted to sell the option i bought. They also did not maintain the dealership well as in Saturday as there was no complementary drinks or snacks for the 3 hours i had been there. For luxury end dealership this is not acceptable at all. Also, they did not provide me any gift card like last time. I think dealerships these days know interested customer will buy anyway and do not want to go extra mile in providing top notch service. The service departement was niche though as the service guy provided me an honest opinion and saved me some money in manitenance. Overall, it is better than the other dealerships where i shopped around.

Chris is awesome. He is Professional, Courteous, Thorough, Friendly, Quick, Knowledgeable, Personable, Honest, Understanding, Awesome, Passionate, Sincere, Kind, Easygoing, and Determined. He knew what the problem was and prioritized us in getting the issue resolved with my Mom's CT6. Highly Recommend him. Treated us like family.
