Failure to communicate and incomplete work without
Failure to communicate and incomplete work without update; no response to messages or texts. I switched dealerships looking for a more pleasant experience with the service dept. and found more of the same. Sadly, this seems to be the Cadillac standard, and this is extremely disappointing and below standards I expected. Even left a message for the GM and didn’t get a call back. I don’t know why the Service team thinks it’s normal to keep someone’s vehicle and not provide an update, especially after 3 days.

The service team is excellent. They get the vehicle done quickly and the prices are competitive. They have not tried to upsell additional services

Excellent service.
Excellent service. I had the oil change and 25000 mile maintenance check up and I was out in less than an hour. All the filters changed tires rotated. Car washed. Great job
