Bri was such a joy to work with.

Bri was such a joy to work with. Very knowledgeable and patient with a novice, non-techy person like me. She always goes over and beyond to help me with transportation. She us a great asset to Crestview Cadillac. Her customer service is A-1 perfect!!

Ron is the best!

Ron is the best!!! One of the reasons I am a loyal customer. Ron got me in and out. He also helped to give me information about a new Escalade which was above and beyond!!! Sales department needs SERIOUS work - some sales manager (yes the SALES MANAGER) came over and was inappropriate with me and Ron when we were looking at a new escalade right next to my escalade in the service center. GM of the dealer, please talk to this jackwagon. It was totally inappropriate and awkward interaction IN FRONT OF A CUSTOMER (ME!!!!) looking at buying a $181K Escalade V!!!!! Also there was some sales lady bragging about how many Lyrics she sold and was argumentative about how great the electric vehicle is - even though I own a GAS powered Escalade.

Emily was good. Detailing of the car was average- grease on rims and finger smudged on screen.
