Takes too long.

Takes too long. I had an appointment for an oil change and it took one hour and 45 minutes. Come on!

Took a little longer than expected but a very good job

Took a little longer than expected but a very good job well done. Oil changed with addtives fixed my low oil pressure problem.

Was told that I can fix my problem after recommended

Was told that I can fix my problem after recommended service for 1,200 USD. It ends up to be around 2200. Chris also curses a lot. I don't really appreciate that. I also called to ask for feedback but have to wait for hours before receiving call back. I feel that I cannot trust this dealership for their words.

Very personable and customer focused.

Very personable and customer focused. They (mostly Adam King) worked us into their schedule even though we didn't have an appointment. They also provided us with a test drive while we waited.
