Goldstein Subaru

I went to Subaru with my 2016 Infiniti which I was totally dissatisfied for a trade in, my salesman Patrick was so knowledgeable about the Forester and made our buying experience so easy that we were sold. I have had the car for two months now and all Ican say is I love the car and there is nothing about it that I would change. The whole buying experience was so easy and I was surprised when they asked me do you want to take your new car home tonight!!! Wow we waited around four a little bit and away I went with my new car all in one day. I am still in awe about the whole experience.

I absolutely love my new 2017 Subaru Impreza! I had my mind set on getting the Subaru brand for my next car and I test drove the Impreza and the Forester (because I was used to an Explorer). I fell in love with the impreza and the process to buy one was super simple. I told them exactly what I wanted and they made it happen within a short time period. I would definitely recommend Goldstein Subaru off of Central Ave in Colonie to anyone that is looking to purchase a car. This was the first car I purchased and they did not try to take advantage or rush me into a decision.

I am very pleased with Goldstein Auto Group experience. I was just looking at different options available, used or new. I was greeted by a nice gentleman Michael M. He took the time to ask me questions, listen to my concerns & show me multiple vehicles. I was very pleased with his concern to make to me satisfied. My great experience did not end there. The financial staff & Floor manger also took concern to make sure to keep my price with in my budget. A+++. I was in & out of the dealership within 4.5 hrs from start to finish. Anyone who has bought a car knows that is amazing. I am a Goldstein customer for life.

This is the first Subaru we have purchased and although we have driven it only 1 week, we are very happy with our 2017 Outback. Prior to visiting Goldstein, we had checked out other dealers. Joe Khattar was very friendly, professional, and not pushy. When discussing the options, availability and pricing, we found that the car buying experience at Goldstein was definitely ?no pressure? ? what a refreshing experience compared with other dealerships. From the timed we entered the showroom until the time we picked up the car, Joe took the time to explain everything thoroughly. The other staff at Goldstein were also very friendly and a pleasure to deal with, especially James K in finance. Also, the facility itself is very clean and has a nice waiting area. Although we live 12-15 miles from this dealership, I am looking forward to having my car serviced at Goldstein. We definitely recommend Joe K and Goldstein Subaru.

I recently purchased a 2012 Subaru Impreza from Goldstein Subaru. I worked with Patrick Comas and he was phenomenal! He was not pushy and genuinely cared about me and getting me into the right vehicle. I am young, so getting approved for this car was not easy but him and James Kennedy managed to do it! I am now the proud owner of one of the most reliable cars you can own- and I have my friends at Goldstein to thank for it!!!
