Warranty service on drivers side seat - would not go back...
Warranty service on drivers side seat - would not go back and forth - seems that a coin was stuck in the seat track and I was not aware of it - mechanic took care of it in 20 Minutes - only problem customer parking was bad.

Website very informative. Salesman (Rob Ziehm) very helpful and personable. Very satisfied with his follow up calls and always returned calls in timely fashion. Helped me get the deal I was looking for. Managers also very helpful in explaining details and answering questions. Car arrived timely and we are happy so far with our purchase. Great service they fixed my charger and everything went great. The guy that helped me when I walked in did everything he needed in order to get my vehicle ready to be fixed and I picked it up a few days later. Good as new.

I'm a Ram fan and have had many. My first car was a' 71 Charger from Transitowne. I trust them. Now I'm an out-of-towner in th ed area on business. Twice I have had "minor" problems and Transitowne gladly took care of them with the same professionalism and courtesy as if it was a major overhaul. Sharon was wonderful on this visit. And BTW ... I used to be a GM at a couple of dealerships prior to a change of careers. So I know what to expect. Good people, these.
