Jim @ Borgman was great to work with. Car buying is one of my least favorite activities, but he made it less painful. Friendly, helpful, not pushy; seemed to genuinely want us to be happy when we drove away with our "new" car.

Jim VanLierop was amazing to work with, he was friendly, honest, forthcoming, didn't push, and made sure the process was easy and fast. Curtis in finance was also very helpful and informative when choosing a warranty plan and lender. I could not ask for a better experience.

We bought a car "long distance." Our local Ford dealer did not have the make and model we wanted in stock. We called Borgman Ford and talked to Jeff Richards. He took exception care of us he listened to what we wanted and found us a Bronco Sport that meet all of our needs. He patiently answered all of our questions. When we arrived in Grand Rapids we were sincerely and warmly welcomed. While I was competing the paperwork several people greeted and checked in with my wife. She was waiting with our dog in the parking lot. After the purchase was complete Jeff followed me to a gas station and paid for the new car's first fill up. We are more than satisfied with our purchase and I recommend asking for Jeff by name if you are purchasing a car. He will take good care of you. We will be purchasing our next car from him.

Just bought a car from Borgman Ford. The Sale people really helpful. Listening to my needs and placing me in the car I wanted and not a car they want me to buy. The price was right and they give me a very fair price on my trade in. I did not feel any pressure to buy and after my purchase they spent a lot of time teaching me how to use my new car.
