I was very pleased with the entre experience. The dealership gave me top value for my trade in and gave me a great competitive price for my new Explorer. My salesperson was very prompt and professional as well as the finance manager and front desk. They were prepared for my arrival which got back home on time. The showroom was beautiful and clean; everyone I had contact with was organized. I couldn't be more pleased.

Brandon was great to work with. Extremely helpful and professional. There were a few items that needed correcting once the truck came in and he took care of them right away.

Due to Fords swollen lug nuts problems that apparently is the buyers problem , I had to buy 20 new lug nuts on Amazon to replace the original crap lug nuts that came with the car! My vehicle is a 2018 ford edge! I had a “free brake inspection”coupon, so I asked if they could take off the crap lug nuts, and put on my new lug nuts I just bought since they had to take off my tires anyways to inspect my brakes! They said they would!! After inspecting my brakes, a lady from behind the register sat down beside me and told me my brakes were really bad and disintegrating! She then asked me if I wanted all 4 brakes and rotors done that day! I told her no because I was going to do it myself! I had already purchased the brake pads, and rotors but I couldn’t take my tires off due to the crap lug nuts! I went home and did my own brakes! There was still 1/4” pad left on the front brakes and 1/8” on the back brakes!! They lied and the pads were not disintegrating and my old rotors were still great shape! I don’t like being lied to! Beware!!
