Best car buying experience we've ever had! Moved our daughter 5 hrs away and within a week her car broke down! Luckily, she was able to get her car to this dealership. The body shop manager, Kurt, was amazing. Not only did he get the problem figured out within a few hours, but he was great to communicate with both me and my husband as well as a transmission shop in our area. Above and beyond! We can't thank him enough for his quick response which allowed up to decide it's time to get her a new car. He put us touch with Curt who helped me identify a car in our budget on their lot that would be perfect for her. I had the online listing and nothing else. I hit the road the following morning to drive 5hrs and not really sure what I would find when I got there. Curt and I went back and forth, sharing info throughout the day to get as much handled virtually as we could. From the moment I walked into the dealership I felt this would be a different car buying experience. Curtis is the ultimate professional and the kind of guy that you instantly connect with. He was great at explaining all of the features of the car, the FordPass app and warranty info. I was so happy when I saw the car and it was better than I ever imagined. It was immaculate, inside and out. I'm so thankful that Curt was able to help me from so far away. It's comforting to know that although we are far away, Borgman Ford is there to help our daughter with anything she needs regarding this car. She will definitely utilize their service department for all maintenance. They took such great care of us! I would drive 5hrs to buy a car from Curt again and again! I went to Borgman dealership after I had a terrible experience at a different car dealership when I bought a faulty used car. At Borgman I met with Brandon Wojtaszek who was knowledgeable, friendly and committed to helping me find a nice reliable car. Brandon showed me a few cars and allowed me to test drive them, until I finally decided on a 2016 Hyundai Tuscon. The rotors needed to be changed and Brandon made sure to organize a convenient time for me to have the work done whilst providing me with a loan car for the day. The whole process of purchasing my car was stress free and I couldn't be happier with my new car. Brandon Wojtaszek was a pleasure to work with.
