The service writer couldn’t answer my question.

The service writer couldn’t answer my question. I asked if there was a way to print off a list of all the current and previous services I had done at the dealership. My answer was “ I don’t think so, no”. I had the brakes checked and never got a copy of what the actual measurements were regarding the brakes that I have gotten 3 times in the past. All I was told was that I need the pads and rotors replaced very soon. He told me that the spark plugs needed replacing at the 100,000 mark which I was, and told him that not today as I didn’t have the money. I was then told that it’s really needed. I showed him some warnings that came up on my app and he told me that it’s fine and the vehicle needed to have the salt washed off the sensors more often. I don’t know how a power train malfunction would be generated by a salty sensor on the exterior of the car. Same goes for a hill start assist warning. Never got a price Eaton a price to change the plugs either.

Repair was.

Repair was. Fine,but am unhappy they didn’t clean the break dust and rust off the hub cap. When done

Unhappy hubcap was not cleaned of all the break dust and rust

It was a pleasure doing my deal with Bruce! He knows what I need and found me a truck that is useful and practical at an affordable monthly payment. I’m a repeat customer for 26 years. I’m loyal because every experience of purchase and repair has been a good one!

My truck was in for service and they didn’t fix anything

Nice dealership- small, not overrun by multiple sales

Nice dealership- small, not overrun by multiple sales associates No pressure on vehicle purchase I would have liked a more detailed explanation of the I was looking at in relation to my needs and extras on the vehicle. Not a fan of the push on add- ons such as treatment but I understand it is the nature of the beast.

Excellent customer service.

Terrific experience with Bruce Gardner and Dean. Their knowledge and great personalities made my buying experience a pleasure. Well worth the drive to buy from them. I will most definitely be recommending them to friends and family.

The folks at browns ford were fantastic.

The folks at browns ford were fantastic. Bruce Gardner was a down to earth pleasant personality who was a real pleasure to deal with. They made my purchase simple and provided me with all the information I needed. Even asking if I had any questions about my new vehicle right before I drove away. I drove off the lot with a positive and satisfied feeling about everyone at the dealership.
