Had oil changed service was great. I did ask about my car air bag. On the passengers side the dash has a split. I have asked about having this repaired 1 1/2 years ago. A picture was taken and the response is I have to get with seth. I have asked multi times when I go for my oil change and get the same answere. Still waiting on answere when I went for my oil change last month? How long does this take to get an answere from the this dealership. I think 1 1/2 years is a long time. This is the only bad experience I am having and it continues. What is you opinion to this answere and when do I get an answere? Merry Gaughan

I guess that you spoiled me in the past. I was expecting the car wash that yo did did the past and was disappointed. It in no way will deter me from coming back.

Bought an Escape Titanium. The sales staff was excellent. Scott Harder worked with me to find the absolute best fit for my budget. He patient and professional. Service department was excellent, they needed to put on a tow package and cross bars as part of car deal. They were courteous and prompt.

The dealership was great, but the problem is still there. I did just receive another recall is it possible that may fix the problem with the transmission skipping / jumping on taking off. It is more noticeable start when making a right turn.
