My husband and I made an appointment with Derrick Bozeman to check out a Mercedes 350 ML SUV. He was very responsive to our communications prior to the visit and pleasant to work with during the visit. We appreciated that he was knowledgeable, helpful (quickly providing us with answers, etc.) and no pressure. We definitely recommend him and will seek him out for future vehicle purchases. (The only thing that could be improved upon was strictly a pandemic issue. We visited another local dealership that did a better job of practicing social distancing and the staff wore face coverings.)

My wife and I came to Kayser Ford just before lunch on a Saturday with some idea of the vehicle we were looking for and it did not take our sales guy, Tim Gillham, very long to identify several (2-3) vehicles that fit the bill. Within just a couple of minutes we were taking the prime candidate for a test drive and we ended up purchasing the vehicle. Tim is very friendly guy and was extremely helpful and proactive in addressing our questions and concerns without being the least bit overbearing. I can honestly say I was surprised at how streamlined and stress-free the process was. I appreciated the "no haggling" pricing approach and also felt like we got a very reasonable value for our older model trade in. Also, the finance person -Fran- provided very friendly and efficient service in working with us to finalize the paperwork.

I bought a 2015 ford f-150 from the kayser ford used lot in Madison, it was by far the best buying experience I have had. I came in knowing I wanted a truck but not really sure whether i wanted a Chevy or a Ford and Derrick Bozeman walked me through the pluses and minuses of both vehicles and let me take a couple of both kind for a test drive. Fran did a great job of helping me find a good intrest rate and walking me through all of your extra options, I ended up getting gap insurance, lux care, and a extended warranty. I couldn't have been happier with my experience at kayser I would highly recommend!

Tony and Andrew were great to deal with. Andrew showed me my new truck and it was one of the best no hassle straight to the point vehicle buying experience I've had. STOP and look no further!!! I was in need of a vehicle quickly and I had been searching online, even took a few vehicles for a test drive, but when I by chance ran across this dealership online that was located an hour and a half away from my hometown, I was so impressed with what I read about how they conducted business and operated. Vehicle pricing is no Haggle and that alone was very attractive to me. I was looking for a very specific vehicle, and they had it. I decided to reach out, and am forever grateful that we did. Car salesman Derek Bozeman was the one who took my call and let me tell you....HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! Due to the nature of Corona virus as well as my distance, he did all that he could to get me the information including a personal walk through of the inside and outside of the car. He was open and honest about anything that stood out as a possible concern (paint chip, light scratch, etc.) and stated he would rather over deliver than over promise. THIS is what purchasing a car is all about! He personally sent me the link for financing and in less than 24 hrs we made the trip to Madison, took it for a test drive, and signed the paperwork to make it ours! I can not forget to mention the absolutely amazing Finance experience either! We were handed over to Fran D'Amato the finance manager and to say she took care of us in an absolute understatement!!! Fran, and Derek as well as the rest of your staff who were tremendously personable, made this whole experience an experience worth talking about! You have gained lifetime customers and we will undoubtedly be back! I NOW HAVE MY DREAM VEHICLE INFINITI QX80 (SHE'S A BEAST BUT WE LOVE HER) !!!
