Alfred was the best to help us obtain our third Lincoln from Kayser. He kew what we wanted in a new vehicle. testing out two different vehicles help make our decision. He could not have been better in helping us go through the process during the Coronavirus era. Thank you Alfred! Stay well.

Armand and Tony were great in getting me into my new to me F-150, the finance process was painless and was well informed of the features on my new truck. Only disappointing part was getting home and finding out the air filter was completely clogged and filthy, kind of expected the dealership to have fully serviced the truck before it was sold, but I guess that isn’t normal practice anymore.

Our salesman Alfred Hall is the best! He is Knowledgeable, Helpful & Honest. He is the reason we have purchased our 3rd vehicle from Kayser Lincoln-Ford.

Derrick knew the features, was respectful, and the best I’ve worked with. I’ll contact him for future purchases I was concerned as my initial contact with someone else regarding another Lincoln as ignored after a couple emails. Almost decided to look elsewhere but just stopped in to see check out the vehicle and Derrick was extremely professional and courteous.

After being long term customers(40 plus yrs) in both sales and service i was in the market for a newer used vehicle and after shopping around on line thru other dealerships for the vehicle that i want interested in Kayser had the closest in equipt and mileage for what i was looking for, so we took out the vehicle for a test drive and decided it was the one if we could come to terms. We dealt with Ed Riel and Tony in Finance, both of them were great to deal with. However we were going to haggle for $500 of the asking price, and I had my 83 y/o mother with me who has also been a customer of kayser for over 40 yrs, So we sat down and tried to get them to come down $500(it wasnt going to kill anyone) if they dropped it that much to keep long term customers such as us. Joe came barging in and we tried and he cut my 83 y/o mother off mid sentence saying he "COULDNT DO IT " and walked away abruptly, Joe was very rude in doing this and too xxxx slick in my book"Neither my 83 y/o mother OR I cared for that rude attitude being long term customers". we purchased the vehicle and will use the Service Dept at always(great service). But as far as purchasing another vehicle we will probably go elsewhere with Joe's Rude and Cocky attitude esp towards my 83 y/o mother i can NOT recommend Him(Joe) PERIOD!!!!!!!!!

It took me three days to actually make up my mind and purchase the "right" vehicle. Alfred was a wonderful salesman to work with those three days. He was kind and patient and helped me to find the perfect vehicle for me and my family at a price that we could afford. He was not pushy, even though I thought I knew what I wanted, he helped me sort through my thoughts and figure out what was best. Alfred made me feel welcome every time I walked through the door. I am absolutely in love with my truck and I am happy he stuck it out with me guided me through this purchase. Both Mike and Rob sealed the final deal for me and helped make it perfect.
