Great Dealership with great service. Alfred provides top notch service and is very knowledgeable with the Lincoln platform. I honestly am a repeat customer because of Alfred and as long as I’m still living in the Madison area I will continue to be.

Tony went beyond the call of duty and found a way to get my interest rate down by 2% from what was originally quoted. Tony is a very friendly and kind man. Ed was my sales person and he found a grest deal for me on a used Ford Escape Titanium with low mileage. Ed was a great communicator and kept me informed every step of the way. Carol & I were very impressed with both the professionalism and product knowledge displayed by Zach Meyer. We actually walked into Kayser with the attitude of we'll take a look but will probably get another Cadillac. Zach took us all around the Lincoln, explaining all the various features & benefits of the car. We left without making a decision. The next day Zach called us on his day off and explained more about the car. Long story short, we purchased the Lincoln. I do not think we would've reached this decision if Zach had not been our salesperson.
