Needed a new car ASAP

One morning I experienced problems with my current car that made it undrivable. I went to Kayser, where I had already been looking at cars, and left within a few hours with a new Ford Escape. Alfred helped me through every step of the way and I am so grateful for his help!!

Easy buying experience

I had been looking at trucks on line for several months. I thought I would just test drive a few of the engine options to better refine my searches. When I arrived and saw the inventory and prices, I knew I would end up buying local and getting a good deal.

No Pressure

I worked with Tim Gillham, used car salesman. The no haggle price policy is helpful, if you check the prices on line at places like KBB and Edmunds, the prices seem fair. Tim answered questions well. When we got to financing, I had not thought about cost of extended warranty, so do your homework before. The turn around from agreement to pick up was within one day. I did not at all feel pressured. There is a lot of selection in the used lot.

Leaking Tire

I came in for a leaking tire and when they were doing a routine check under my hood they found a mouse nest in my filters!! I am thankful to have that all cleaned out and a plugged tire to boot! I used the express service so I did not have an appointment. They were courteous, friendly, and the job was done in a decent amount of time. Highly recommend them!

Knowledgeable, efficient, friendly car purchase experience

Mr Alfred Hall Jr possesses a deep knowledge of the Lincoln Continental, and he adeptly explained its many features. The professionalism and courtesy of his interactions with my wife and me made us feel comfortable in dealing with him, exploring the car, test driving it, and making a positive purchase decision. Mr Ryan Kutty was similarly friendly and knowledgeable in setting up the purchase paperwork.

Over the top

I had an oil change with a tight schedule. Told them I only had one hour before I had to take wife to dentist. After a half hour the service writer said they were running late so she had a loaner car ready. When I came back an hour and a half later my car was done washed and ready. This was over the top service. Thanks again

I come over from North Dakota to buy a car

My train was late coming in they stayed until I got there 45 minutes after they closed. My temp tag got all tore up from the snowstorm I had to go through coming back to North Dakota waiting to see if they send me another temp tag or I got to wait for the paperwork overall it was a great experience.
