Kayser Ford Lincoln

Alfred was our salesman and gave us very thorough test drives in the two cars we were considering. He is knowledgeable about features in both autos. We were trading in a Lincoln MKX and he could tell us what was different and changed in the MKC. Then once we decided on the Lincoln, Alfred took time to explain specific features and go through the settings, etc. We are very pleased with this car buying experience.

We stopped at Kayser Ford to look at used Explorers. Armand was extremely helpful in locating the perfect vehicle for us. We had been searching for months in hopes of finding one at the right price. Great experience with everyone we dealt with at Kayser Ford!

Jeff Wells was my sales associate and Viktor Lazdovskis was the Finance manager I worked with. Both were very friendly and VERY informative without trying to sell me on anything I didn't need or want. I will always use Kayser for me future cars because they are so helpful.

So my last truck was purchase from this dealership 5 years ago and I was so impressed by the dedication of the salesman to find just the right truck that it made total sence to buy here again. The longer I owned this magnificient truck the more I fell in love with it. I have never been so proud to own a product like this Ford. I got compliments on it ALL the time. I commented that this truck, like past Fords, I would drive it well past 100K. It was hard to replace it and I never imagined feeling like this ever again.....however I do again. Nick Douglas did TOTAL magic in order to get me the truck that I wanted. Another dealership had the truck that was PERFECT to what I requested. That dealership, another Madison based Ford dealership, was unwilling to dealer trade this truck. Nick pulled some strings and got it for me. The price was well over a $1k less than that dealership that wouldn't deal with me. I purchased a Platinum F150 Diesel!!! What a beautiful creation. I went from 14 MPG in the city to averaging 22 MPG in the diesel....and yes I got 30 MPG on a interstate trip just last week. WOW! I FEEL LIKE I GOT THE CAKE AND COULD EAT IT TOO!!! I would not hesitate to suggest my salesman Dennis Balczewski and the sales manager Nick Douglas to help you find that feeling too of total confidence that you get the right truck and the best deal.

Kayser has been our go to dealer and we don’t plan on going anywhere else! We continue to have great experiences from purchasing, to oil changes and maintenance work. Would recommend Kayser to anyone searching for great customer service and awesome vehicles!

Tim was great to work with. We felt comfortable. We started out with Dennis but when I saw Tim's name it was very kind of Dennis to have us work with Tim since I used to work with him a different dealership many months ago. Tim took the time to explain everything. Even when I had a concern about the windshield, I thought there was a star in the windshield but it was nothing to worry about, if anything did happen they would stand behind it. I also got the car washed again the next day when I came back to ask about the windshield. Since it rained the next day after getting it. My husband and I would go back again and maybe buy a new truck for him.
