Beatriz Smith was excellent to deal with. She answered all my questions and gave a great demo of the new features on the Ford Escape

Check up, oil change and tire rotation

Larry Bronte is my "go to" guy. Always takes great care of my vehicles. I was however very surprised that an $87,000 car does not come with more than one free service visit. I think Lincoln is going the wrong direction by dropping the coverage I had with previous Lincolns I have bought.

Plenty of consideration for this purchase. This team was helpful through out all the questions and concerns. 80,000 maintenance

I received consideration for an expired coupon. Due to the recent cold and icy weather, I was unable to use the coupon before the deadline. The service attendant was able to afford me a different special price for the oil change. Very customer friendly service.

Great Experience

Both Jeff and Vik were great to work with during our recent car purchase. Jeff took the time to sit down with us and review exactly what we were looking for in a vehicle and had us test drive the vehicle that had everything we wanted and more. I would highly recommend Jeff Wells.

Great experience with this dealer

I really liked the Used Truck buying experience at Kayser Ford on the beltine, Madison, WI. About 3 weeks ago, I purchased a used 2013 Chevy Silverado 1500 LT 4x4 Z71 from them. It had one previous owner from the local area and was traded in on a brand new Ford F150. I traded in my 2005 Chevy Silverado WT 2x4 with 230,000 miles on the used 2013 Chevy Silverado with 89,900 miles. I am very pleased with the Sales person and the Finance person. I highly recommend this dealer.

Great day at Keyser

The receptionist was absolutely delightful and made us feel so comfortable. The showroom was spotless and displayed nicely. Jeff was great. He was very personable and made you feel immediately at ease. He is definitely an asset to Keyser.
