I want to share an Extremely BAD Experience I had with Milnes Ford on Friday, February 20, 2026. I drove 1.5hrs to test drive (& buy) a used Ford Fusion Hybrid. I LOVED the car & made an offer $150 less than $ales Price + On-Line Coupon. The Sales Manager, David Thompson, rejected offer. So, I counter for an increase of $75. My counteroffer was also rejected. It was end of day and would check back on Saturday. To My Surprise, Sales Mgr (Mr Thompson) INCREASED the sales price by $700 !!! I will NEVER but from Milnes Ford ... They lost a sale and they Lost a Customer for LIFE. I've share this experience with my friends and family ... Penny Wise and Dollar FOOLISH !!!

Throughout our discussions, we made every effort to meet the price point you requested. We were also transparent in explaining that, at that figure, the vehicle could not be offered as a Certified unit due to the internal costs associated with inspection, reconditioning, and warranty coverage. Our goal was to provide clear information so you could make an informed decision without any surprises. Following our negotiation, we reached out several times to continue the conversation, but we did not hear back until after you had moved forward with another purchase. We completely understand that timing is an important factor when shopping for a vehicle and respect your decision. That said, we stand by the transparency, professionalism, and good-faith effort demonstrated throughout the process. This is our second time my wife and I leased a vehicle

This is our second time my wife and I leased a vehicle through Milnes Ford. Abbey reached out to me a couple months ago regarding our lease. Dealing with her was a joy. Expressed our wants and she came through like a trooper. Can not say enough about her. Keep up the great work.
