Had an appointment for 8:30 this morning for a undercarriage rattle. Got called at 4:20 p.m. that they haven't got to my truck yet and if I leave it, they will get to it in the morning sometime . This is bull.

walked in to see about talking to a salesman the woman at the front desk was rude and having an inappropriate conversation with a man that I assume worked there. never in my life have I witnessed such unprofessionalism. after standing there being ignored for five minutes I left.
