Advisors are very helpful.

Advisors are very helpful. Tha work I had done on my car was explained in detail along with the price. I'm very satisfied with Rochester Hills Fox Chevrolet dealer.

The list of details is too long to post here, but here is a high level summary: I had (2) issues that should be covered under the bumper-to-bumper warranty, which is 3yrs/36k miles. I own a 2023 Chevy Malibu and it has 20k miles on it. Called on July 28th to make appt. Soonest appt is Aug 12th. Glad my car issues weren't urgent. Drop vehicle off and told for electrical work, I have to leave my car with them for 1-1.5wks because it will take the one and only technician who does electrical work that long to do the job. Two issues were: intermittent climate control blower fan speed and intermittent AC comes on during auto-start. The service advisor calls 2 days later and says they checked everything and they believe its the battery because it failed on their handheld device, but it passed on the battery load test machine. He said we can replace the battery, it should be covered under warranty. Calls back a next day, nope not covered because it passed on load test machine. I call GM customer service, read owners manual, bumper-to-bumper warranty and nowhere does it say batteries aren't covered. They spend 2wks testing battery multiple times, same result. My car sat in their lot waiting. GM cust service can't reach service mgr to discuss issue. Service mgr is out for a week and my service advisor out sick. I try calling to speak to someone, no return calls. Service advisor returns to work and says GM talked with service mgr and battery isnt covered under warranty. I finally pick up my car on Aug 26th out of frustration and done with the circus I was dealing with. The service mgr says GM didn't call him or leave a message and the battery is fine. He doesn't recommend replacing it. After 4wks, I still have the 2 issues I was concerned about. Service advisor lied on multiple occasions and so did the service mgr. This was my 1st repair with my new car I bought it at this dealership. I wil NEVER walk in there again. The communication at this place is awful, everyone in service doesnt know what is going on, when some advisors are out there is no backup to help customers, crappy car wash, put more air in my tires than the standard amount, a lot of games, runaround, lying, etc. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone. Don't waste your time. Since having my car back, the battery is just fine, as it was before I ever brought the car in. They just hoped I would fall for their games and pay for a battery I didnt need.

I have been a Fox Chevrolet customer for many years. Kevin Yenzer was the sales person who helped me select my new car, and he was very professional and friendly. He hooked my IPhone to the car and answers all my questions and I never felt rushed or bothersome. I hope he is still there next time I need another vehicle,

Salesman, Ben Carter, did a great job. Very easy to work with, and took care of everything. Facility is nice. Car was perfectly prepped and ready to go. All went smoothly.

Very slow to respond.

Very slow to respond. Sometimes took multiple days to respond to a message until I finally just gave up trying to work with them. Bad experience
