Lindsay Cottrell is a star at this location; professional customer services with a smile. Lindsay was very knowledgeable about the Lexus brand and the quality at which our vehicle needed to function. She helped me understand better, what the issue was with our vehicle and handled it accordingly. What is most important to me is that my wife was very happy with the vehicle repairs. I purchased a pre-owned Ford Flex from Meade Lexus of Lakeside and my salesperson was Linda from the internet sales team. She was informative and very attentive to my questions and requests. She even went out of her way and had a serviceman address a couple of minor body defects for me before picking the vehicle up. Overall she was a pleasure to deal with. What a smooth transaction!

We showed up at 3:00 on a Saturday and found the car we wanted. They had pulled it up front and had it ready to go for a test drive. By 5:00 we were on our way home with our new used car!!! Jackson and Linda were so polite and helpful we couldn't have been happier with the experience and we love our car!!!!!!
