Despite showing up to look at a used car as they were closing on a Saturday, Charlie made time for us to go through the car without any hesitation or attempt to rush us. He was incredibly easy to work with, and of all the vehicles I've ever purchased throughout the last 20+ years, this was hands down the friendliest and fastest dealer I've ever worked with!

Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful. I was able to complete the car buying process with no high pressure sales tactics! They took time to explain functions and features of automobile and answer questions. Enjoyed the snacks, too!

The service at this dealer is second to none. Between the GM, Kate and sales rep, Jackson I was so satisifed with everything. I've never written a review for a dealership before but, they made my car buying experience so enjoyable that I had to let people know. There's so much more I could say. My husband and I were so pleased to work with Dennis Mitchell. He worked to help us purchase a car in our budget. He showed us the many perks that the car had and even went above and beyond to program the blue tooth and garage door code. He contacted our insurance company and added in the license plates. He put the plate on the car. We had never before received such royal treatment from a car dealership. We highly recommend Dennis as a sales rep and would request him for any future purchases!

Everyone that assisted us did a great job, informative and friendly. THe only complaint is that it took a long time to complete, however the issue may have been due to obtaining insurance which Charles was able to do for us, and that was very much appreciated.
