Services were performed expeditiously and completely. Service rep was easy to work with. Costs were accurate with best value. Facilities were clean and very comfortable.

I cannot say enough good things about the service received at this dealership. After attempting to do business with my local GMC dealer, I was less than impressed and decided I would look nationwide. Found a few trucks and just before making a move I came across one for sale at Mike Young GMC in Frankenmuth. The truck checked all the boxes I wanted and was much closer, so I reached out to them. Sam responded, and after great communication, I made the 3hr. drive to see it in person. Truck was just as described, so I proceeded with purchase...and I love the truck. The entire process was smooth and pleasant. After some time, I noticed a couple minor quirks with the truck. I once again attempted to utilize my local dealer for warranty work, as they are only 1 mile from my house (Mike Young GMC is close to 200 miles away). Again received terrible service from local dealer...so I reached out to Mike Young Frankenmuth. Immediately, they addressed my concerns with sincerity and dispatched a team to collect my truck from over 3 hrs. away! Left me with a fantastic loaner, and kept my truck for a little over a week in order to attempt proper diagnosis. Problems were resolved and they once again sent a team to deliver my truck and collect the loaner. Throughout the entire process, Mike Young GMC staff were top-notch...from Sam in sales, the finance team (can't remember names), to service after-the-fact with Tyler...everyone was fantastic to work with. Their eagerness to earn my business, honesty, transparency & integrity were apparent. So much so, that going forward, this is the only place I will buy and service a vehicle from again. Those qualities are worth the drive, especially on such a big purchase.

Outstanding . They go above and beyond in the repair department. My Acadia looks brand new . They cleaned the inside , even scrubbed the floor mats . I wasn?t expecting not expecting that so it was a lovely surprise.

I bought a 2019 Ford F-150 from Mike Young Used Cars on 4/4/24 when I drove it home that night it stalled in the driveway and the service engine light came on. The next morning it stalled three times before I arrived at work. Travis the Salesman I had been working with came and swapped me out vehicles and gave me a loaner. 4/13/24 I still hadn’t gotten my truck back and they called to inform me that they had messed up the terms on my loan. I asked them to fix the backup camera, replace the bed bolt that was missing and replace the blinker that was out. They told me they would do it no problem because of the inconvenience. I received my truck back today 4/15/24. The backup camera was replaced but the truck is still stalling, the bed bolt wasn’t replaced and the neither was the blinker. I dropped my truck off to the dealership on 5/2/24 because of the stalling issues, they had it until 5/21/24 when I picked it back up. The truck ran great for about a month before it started stalling and rough idling yet again. I’m beyond frustrated. I am now having to take the truck to another dealership for oil consumption service bulletin and the stalling issues. As for the dealership, I don’t trust them. I won’t be doing business there again. I don’t recommend that you do either.

This is the last place I would buy a used car within 6 months of my grandson buying a 2014 Terrain it was in the shop twice and the third time the engine blew even though the salesperson said multiple things had been replaced it was a great car and he shouldn't be afraid to take it anywhere even out of state almost $8,000 for a vehicle and it's dead in the water after 6 months what a joke

Took my 06 Hummer H3 that had front end damage to Mike Young bodyshop. Mgr Mike Bragg gave me a loaner while repairs we done. Parts were hard to come by because of the Hummers age. Mike & staff worked diligently in getting the right parts. My Hummer looked excellent when I got it. The staff is professional and courteous. For years our family has leased and bought from Mike Young
