Tire rotation/oil change

First of all, your computer system isn?t updating properly. You called me while I was getting my oil changed and now you are asking about a tire rotation that happened several days ago. I was very disappointed in the oil change person. I asked that my keys be left at the desk where I pay my bill. I requested this because the last time I had my oil changed my car was put out front with the keys in it and a customer took my car as a loaner car. The guy talked to smiled when I reminded him of this problem. Didn?t seem to be a big deal. So my oil was changed and tire rotated and the car was parked out front with the keys in it so the same problem could occur. My husband talked to the oil change guy he said he does it all the time and hasn?t gotten in trouble. After I specifically asked to have keys left at the desk this guy didn?t do it. He is destroying cook integrity for customer service. Where is the supervisor? What are the consequences? Why have these bad habits been allowed to exist. Two of my relatives who we convinced to try Cooks will never go back there because of poor customer service. I am so disappointed in the lack of integrity from this business.

Incredible experience

To finish this was an incredibly awesome experience. Kayla took my phone call and worked up some numbers for me then Lydia took care of setting up my appointment and even the closing was awesome. We had some laughs and at the end Lydia took us outside and went over all the features of our car that is the first time someone’s done that at any dealership. I’ve had my car for four days and I have told everyone about my experience here I will be back thank you so much for making this a great experience

Called about financing - poor customer service

I came across a used F-150 they have advertised and inquired online. I immediately received a call within about 5 minutes. I let the girl know I lived about 1.5 hrs away and wanted to see first if I would be able to get it financed. She said someone would get right back with me and someone did, spoke with Alyssa and let her know I submitted my application online. She verified she received it and someone would get right back with me. Fast forward to today and not a single call or email... Would not recommend based on the lack of communication which is surprising since it started out good.

Sent Wife over for a test drive.

She drove it on a friday, said they call on Monday nothing all week, so she called the service part of the dealership on the following Friday. The guy calls with some story, it was just a sensor. Justin needs to find a new job, he's not a good salesman. Car was all clean on cars.com, get there it's all dirty, scratches all over it, way over priced for the condition of it.

New Truck Purchase

The whole experience went very smoothly from start to finish. From our initial contact with Lydia, who was very knowledgeable about the lease program, the best vehicle for our budget, and the options available on the vehicle even the color options, to Michael B. who found the right vehicle and worked out a great deal with our trade-in and getting us all of the rebates available, and to Rhonda and Lacy in the finance office that handled all of the paperwork and fit us into their busy schedule and explained all of the lease terms very well, and all of this in less than 8 hours. Regular oil change

Just needed a regular oil change this visit. Also needed new wiper blades. I highly recommend Cook's. They are the best.
