Great service!!

Went in for 50,000 mi check and to have all fluids changed, took a long time; but very well done.

Great service and clean faclities

I am vary satisfied with Cook's and ALL of his employees. I am vary unhappy with GM for the following reasons : 1) Another dealer would not dealer trade a Red Silverado to Cooks. 2) I tried to order one and GM would only let me order one with leather seats. 3) Now that I have a Silverado that is not RED, I can not order truck mirrors to replace the standard one that are this truck. Thank You, Ted Gamet

Efficient Service , Great Facility

I had a recall item to be done and then included more items They did a good job and the cost was VERY affordable.

Good job

Employee's very friendly and helpful. They fix the wheel bearing on the left, but the right was only cleaned and it still pulls to the right.

Personal service, overall experience

I had en excellent experience buying my vehicle through Cook. The salesperson was informed about what type of vehicle I was looking for, called me when 2 possibilities came into the dealership & we ended up buying one on my birthday!!! Overall it was a great experience. The salespeople were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend this dealer to a friend!!! Love my Traverse!!

Used vehicle manager is disrespectful and arrogant...

Used vehicle manager is disrespectful and arrogant towards potential customer wanting the vehicle quality to match the NADA price he wants to charge (vehicle needed interior cleaning), prefers to sit and eat McDonald food rather than show customer other possible purchase option. Teaching his young salesman how to give used car salesman a bad reputation via his methods: imaginary buyers waiting for loan processing and then bypassing the customer who waits patiently & is next in line for the truck by somone else when truck is now in a free-for-all-up-for-grabs sales mode...very shady). Has an unwillingness to deviate from the quoted price. Only brings vehicle up to condition when pressed and then cuts his own throat by insulting the buyer. "S..t or get off the pot.", not having the guts to tell customer himself, he sends a boy to do his job. $10 in rubber washers an 1/2 hour of service time would have sealed the deal. Tough-guy act does not intimidate this customer. I can see him losing more business for this dealership as bad news spreads far and wide. The budget lot manager and other salesman are good guys that are willing to try to work something out, knowing that the customer IS important. Could have had multiple sales with a positive experience, now will probably lose dozens of vehicle sales due to his bad temper. The owner should open his eyes and cull the herd.

Very Helpful and Fast!

I was very pleased on how fast the processes and how they were very helpful in buying our car. We would definatly come here again int future.
