Their service center is the best. The body shop depends on who you?re dealing with. Mike is really great. And a young woman who finally set me up my appointment was professional. As a woman I would like to be able to ask a question without being cut off & having it take five (yes 5) tries to get one sentence out without someone assuming what I?m going to say each time I tried to utter a word only to again be cut off answering what they thought I was going to say. I should NOT have to say ?Will you please let me finish what I?m going to ask?? Then trying to set up an appointment to get my car fixed with this person was a no go. They wanted me to go get my rental set up before they would set up an appointment. Even though I had a rental available, it shouldn?t matter if I?m renting, walking or getting picked up. My insurance already approved the car repairs. I even had to ask if I chose not to have a rental would you be setting up my appointment? And that person said yes but he was expecting me to go get my rental before he would do that. So I waited an hour, called back, got a young woman who had no problem setting up my appointment. It was just a very unpleasant experience working with this one man. Maybe he was just having a bad day but I?m sure if I was a man that would never have happened.

I was attended to by Dan. This was not my first visit to the Dealership. As usual, Dan attended to me and gave me an idea of when my service will be completed. It was completed on time and it took only few minutes to complete my visit. I was never disappointed by anyone at the dealership in the past. I have no reason to stop going there to receive the quality service for my car.

Took my pick up in to fix the DEF emission system! Spent over$ 1000 ,and the Def system was Not fixed , that would cost almost $2000 more, So I took my truck elsewhere ?

Update 2/22: I was contacted shortly after I posted my review below on goggle about receiving a free oil change as an apology for the poor experience I had. I scheduled the service on the phone with the woman who called me. When I was brought my vehicle back, after they were finished, I was asked to pay. When I expressed that the service was supposed to be free, the guy asked who I had scheduled the services with. After three months, I no longer remembered what her name was. He went to the back to check on it. When he came back he said they would comp the service this time but next time I would need to remember the name of the person I talked to. The way he said it made it sound like they were doing me a favor and I should be grateful they weren't going to make me pay for a service they told me would be free. I should not have to provided documentation of an offer for free services when they called me to make the appointment. Especially when it's supposed to be in compensation for a poor experience in the past. I can not express how truly and deeply disappointed and angry I am with the service I've received and the experience I've had. -------------------------------------- November 2020 I was having an issue with a piece of trim coming up on my car that I had already had fixed once. I brought this issue up at a recent oil change and they scheduled me an appointment to get it fixed. When I brought the car in, I waited over 30 minutes and was then told that nothing had been done because they didn't have the glue they needed. I can understand a little mix up like that normally. But I had this same issue with the same piece of trim a year ago. That time I waited over 45 minutes for someone to tell me they didn't have the correct parts to fix it. It took three visits to fix the issue the first time and even then I had the take it in again a year later for the same problem. The staff are always nice enough but there seems to be poor communication between the people who schedule the appointments and the mechanics who fix the cars. Why would you schedule me an appointment without having the parts to fix the problem? Why would no one check before I come in, waste my time sitting in the lobby, only to have nothing done to fix the issue I'm having?
