On our family road trip, our plug-in hybrid minivan had some major issues. Iverson got us in right away and did their best to sort everything out. They were good with communication and had a loaner for us to borrow while we waited for the work to be done. While the fix didn't work in the end, they were kind enough to offer us half of our money back. If we were local, we would have had them finish the job. They asked us to let them know how the repair goes in our hometown so they can use that knowledge next time they see this sort of issue with a plug-in hybrid.

Great communication, easy to work with.
Great communication, easy to work with. Fair price. Preston was very responsive and accommodating. I was driving in from over 2 hours away and it was extremely cold out. He had both trucks that I was interested in waiting for me right out front and a summary of each truck’s equipment printed out so I could easily compare the 2.

Preston was straight forward, responsive and kind. Jordan was quick and knowledgeable. They knew we were coming early, from Nebraska and we were in and out in 40 min. We love our Jeep Gladiator and would highly recommend anyone to make the drive up to you!
