i called to ask about a chevy truck thats was 3000 but the lady said it would be 3700 out the door the lady said there was a 249 window security thing they put on window i do not want the window thing but would not take it off bill so i did not come and look at your truck i,m still looking sorry

Talked with dealer chat and supposed to contact me. Later in day still was not contacted so I contacted them again and was told busy and would get back to me. I then also emailed them trying to get some assistance but received an automated email to give them a call. I decided to just wait a few days to see if they would contact me and never did. The vehicle I wanted sold a week later. They vehicle had been on lot for months when I researched more. No wonder with the poor customer service it was on lot that long. I was an out of state buyer so answering questions first was important . Very disappointed.

If your going to buy a car from here You need to look them over very very well .There inspection is a joke from what I seen. I'm glad we didn't come terms and didn't buy nothing

My husband and I stopped to look at 4 Dodge Ram trucks at this dealership, Kim Bartys came right out to help us. However long story short we left with a Ford F-150. Kim was very nice, helpful and not pushy which is what I love the best!!! Buying a vehicle is a large purchase I don’t need someone being pushy just to make the sale and Kim was not at all. I would recommend her to anyone. Stop in and see her the next time you are looking for a vehicle!!

Kim worked hard for me over a period of a couple weeks. We could not get the vehicle I needed in the time frame i needed. I would definately work with her again. She impressed me with the attitude of if i can't sell you a vehicle now I will be here to sell you the next one you need.

Bought a used gmc 2500, Kim Bartys was able to work with us to get us in exactly what we wanted and get the deal we needed. Everyone was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. Definitely will be going back for any future purchases.
