Stay away from this dealer

Went there to buy a truck , test drove a couple I decided on one got financing in place was ready to buy, they then informed me there was no title for truck yet. No mention of this before I drove truck. I asked them to keep me up to date as to when truck tittle got there , got no calls at all finally a week later I called and they tell me they have the tittle again I was the one who had to call. I also asked our salesman to check on getting tire monitor system fixed he never did. All they wanted to sell was extended warranties. They finally did deliver truck to me dirty on the inside. I asked Dan to email me loan docs to review he did not do that either. Hidden fees on loan ( buyer beware) took delivery no phone call from Dan to see if delivery went smooth and not even a thanks for your business. Would not recommend and have advised friends to stay away. If you do go there find another salesman who follows up on things.

In accordance with Michigan state law, we are unable to sell a vehicle without a Michigan title present. On few occasions, vehicles arrive at the dealership ahead of their titles. While our sales people are trained to communicate to this to our customers, we choose to make our inventory available for sale immediately. Although he failed to do so, we feel Dan made an honest mistake. Once Dan's mistake was realized, our sales manager personally called to address your concerns and offer compensation for your inconvenience. We then continued to follow up with you until we received the title and could complete delivery. We do not categorize the mistake as unprofessional but have taken steps in hope of preventing future situations like this.

Buyer Beware!

Purchase truck from this dealership that had a clean car fax history report No accidents (so it said). There wasn’t much history because it was brought over from CANADA. Turns out that accidents that occur in CANADA do not show up on a Carfax report. When I took my truck to a mechanic to take a look at it first thing he asked me was when did you crash it? Im like, what!? I never crashed it just bought it. He said its clearly been in an accident and started pointing out many items that I did not initially notice like cracked bumper repair sewn and repainted, front corner panel replaced, grill cracked cracked ant tied on, passenger door repaint, hood used to be another color in which it was painted over. To top it all off my lifters are knocking and I have to do a whole Cam/lifter job on it $3000. Only months after I bought it. This dealer would not budge on prices they say it is priced accordingly. Even when I asked to put a couple used tires on the rear so I could make it home because the ones that were on it were so bad I was worried about making it home. They said sure we can put a new set of tires on it for you sir at cost. Well cost was more than what Bell tire charges for the same tire! Im not happy feel like I have been screwed over by this dealership. If you are looking to purchase vehicle that was brought over from Canada really do your homework and possibly purchase a Carproof and a Carfax.

JOB NOT DONE RIGHT

had truck in for oil sending unit, within a week of having it back driving down road oil starting poring out of it, pulled off to side of road had flat bed take it back to dealer,( they had it for a week an didn't give loaner car) , again its back in with no oil pressure an they still say they cant give a loaner car an they are saying its gonna be over a week before they can fix my truck, what the xxxx we pay extended warranty for besides that the job should of been fixed right in the first place, it was also put on the service to fix the back passengers drivers door lock which worked before they fixed the xxxx window, now we cant unlock it with the switch, was never fixed when we had it in, pretty sure they need new mechanics wouldn't of took the truck back to them the second an 3rd time but they was the one who fixed it, or so we thought the first time, there is know reason they cant give a loaner car, xxxx every add you look at says they do loaners if you need one, wrong not the case,,,,, I will not recommend this place to know one!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We understand that after purchasing a vehicle, it can be extremely frustrating when they break down. Of course, a pre-owned vehicle is a used machine and it is bound to have issues arise. As you can imagine, our Service Department is kept very busy handling the high volume of used vehicles that we sell here. I went in looking for a used car and Kim Bartys was my salesgirl best sales person I’ve ever had I didn’t end up buying a car but she made the experience great and would recommend her and the dealership to anyone looking to buy a vehicle

Very Good Experience

Had a very good buying experience with Kim. She did a great job following through on her commitments and checking in on me after the sale. Even helped me out with making a warranty claim. I found that my truck was priced fairly, and I will go back to Kim to find my next vehicle.

Quick Fix

I needed a new truck in a pinch and Kim Bartys made it happen. I looked at it, drove it and bought it within 3 hours and still made the basketball game that evening. Thanks for being there Kim!

Very good experiance.

The overall buying experiance was good. My sales person was Kim Bartys. She made it very easy which was nice because i drove 5 hours to get the vehicle. It was exactly what she said it was, no surprises. I would definitly come back there to get another vehicle as long as she is my sales person.

Kim Bartys was excellent to work with. She was patient, super friendly, and helped us find exactly what we wanted (even in a snow storm). Will definitely be back when purchasing our next vehicle. I recommended Kim to a family friend and he was highly satisfied with his purchase as well!!
