I bought a used 2013 F150 from Horn a few years ago.
I bought a used 2013 F150 from Horn a few years ago. I recently had it in for a leaky rear window, which I thought was a result of some work they had done the year before. It turns out it was from a dent in the truck roof I didn't even know was there. The service guys got me in quickly and got the job done quickly and the best part was that I was not charged for the work! Mack and the rest of the service guys are great, down-to-earth people that I like working with whenever I go in. I will continue to do business with Horn because of this experience and all the others.

Service guesses and changes parts at your cost.
After multiple trips to there shop for the same problem, the service dept. just keeps guessing and changing parts at your expense. They keep charging you diagnostic labor to get you to change this part and that part only to find out they misdiagnosed it to begin with , but they keep charging you the labor to diagnose it again and again. Terrible way to treat good paying customers. I will never return ! Nor would I ever recommend this service dept. to anyone who I know.

On October 10, 2019, Mr. Jim Gast asked our service department to install in bank 1, an oxygen sensor, which he had purchased at a local auto parts store. The auto parts store had run a computer diagnosis of the problem for him. When asked if he would like us to confirm the diagnosis, he said no and to just install the part. We installed the part and cleared the codes. After the warning light came on again, Mr. Gast went back to the local auto parts store, had them run another computer diagnosis They came up with the same readings. He returned to our service department on October 25, with a new oxygen sensor, and asked us to install it in bank 1. At that point, our service advisor again suggested that he let us confirm the diagnosis, as there are many factors that can lead to a false reading. He denied and told us to just install his part. We did. On November 12, 2019, after the light came on yet again, Mr. Gast came in and this time, let us diagnosis the problem. It was determined by our technician that the computer readings were false readings due to the fact that the manifold was leaking and had broken bolts/studs. This would need to be fixed before anymore diagnosis could be completed. We were given approval to do those repairs. We did. Then, when the warning light came on, it was determined that the bank 2 oxygen sensor was bad and the problem was corrected. To summarize, Mr. Gast twice took his vehicle to someone else for diagnosis and parts. Twice. He came to Horn Ford only to have his part installed. We only did what Mr. Gast, despite our recommendations, would allow us to do. I do not see how this can be a reflection on us. Especially since we repeatedly suggested he let our service department diagnose the problem. When we were allowed to diagnose the problem, the vehicle was repaired.
Easy To Deal With!
Bought a new F150 from Horn Ford this October. Very friendly. There was no pressure, and with all the technology on vehicles today, my salesmen (Kurt), was able to answer all my questions and teach me how to use all the features. I went to two other dealerships, and the difference is just unbelievable. Horn Ford is the best!

Horn Ford cares about customers after the sale!
We have speen shopping around for a particular nice used truck and Horn Ford had one. We visited them on a Saturday and were treated very friendly - no high pressure. After a test drive we talked about the purchase of this vehicle. By Wednesday of the week we decided to make the purchase and the next Saturday we picked it up. Again, a very easy visit with the truck prepped and paperwork ready. After driving the truck home (3 hrs) and on the next day, we found a new issue with the truck. We informed Horn Ford of the issue and even though they were not obligated, they really stepped up and helped to resolve the issue. Much appreciated!

Out Of State purchases Require WIRE TRANSFER.
Thought this was going to work out unfortunately it didn?t. Drove here from Illinois to look at a 1999 Ford F-350. Was a great looking truck that had everything I needed. Only problem is, The dealer requires all out of state purchases to be wire transferred. The dealer was willing to work with me but they were skeptical. My bank would not allow for a wire transfer to occurring. Maybe yours will? Not likely.

mostly pleased
Trevor was awesome to work with. Got the deal I wanted on a used car. He took the time to show me things about the car even after we signed on the dotted line. Was disappointed tho when I got home and started transfering my stuff from my other car. The spare tire was low on air. I had to vacuum below and between the seats. Had to wipe out to storage compartments, looked like stuff was spilled in them. Also the front of the car was full of old bug spatterings. Spent 1 1/2 hours just cleaning that. I should have looked the car over better too. But I do love the car and I will buy from them again.

Horn Ford
Trevor was more than helpful when I went and looked at a used vehicle. Unfortunately, the vehicle was not exactly what I was looking for so did not purchase.

Buying was great -service after, not so happy
I bought a 2012 Ford F150 from there, hoping that if I had issues, the small, home-town dealership would help me out if I needed it. Buying was great, went over all features, no pressure overall nice experience. After only 5 months I notice a good amount of surface corrosion on the crome. I brought it to their attention and they did state it was surface corrosion which I agreed with, but my other vehicles did not have nearly the rust my brand new truck had. I beleive it was caused by the construction going on near their dealership and I should have taken that into account. Long story short, they would not help me at all and I cleaned it up on my own. Took about 10-12 hours of polishing to get it all clean. I was dissappointed in their reaction. When I purchased my vehicle, I had the Ford X plan and could have gone to anyone for about the same price. Wish I would have purchased it else where.
