Terrible service. Receptionist rude, uncaring, snide. Sales supervisor unprofessional and had zero knowledge of Subaru’s? On hold for twenty minutes listening to how they had over forty techs available to answer your questions…I had an emergency and needed assistance with a sensor…but no pick up, no nothing that was needed. I went to YouTube for my answer…..Charlies Subaru has awful service and recommend Lee’s! Will never buy another vehicle from Charlies, even Toyota and they have good service. Charlies Subaru is mismanaged and does not deserve any considerations!

this is our 3rd Subaru purchased at Charlie's. My wife's two Crosstrek's and my Outback. Our salesman, Ryan Fortin, is very knowledgeable and the other team members make the whole process pleasant and stress-free. We couldn't be happier with our purchases.
Purchase of a 2017 Forester
From our first visit, we were made to feel very welcome. Our eventual salesperson, Ryan Fortin, was very knowledgeable and sensitive to our needs. Never did we feel that we were being steered toward options we did not want. Ryan took us on a couple of test drives, patiently demonstrating the features of the vehicle. The financial terms were handled by by Doug, and I felt they were very fair. All in all, it was a positive experience.
