Don't trust the sales people
Pretty upset with Johnson & Sons Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. We were told about a van that was not even up for sale yet, because the owner just ordered a new one. It was brought in for us to see, and was told it was being taken back to the owner. They told us a price and we countered and they had to “ask the owner” since it was basically on “consignment” and they were out of town for the night, so they would get back to us the next day. No call, we were patient. Finally called back the next morning, only to be told they “sold it” . Really? What terrible ethics. Will never shop here again. So, if your my friend and live next door to the manager Wade, and sold you light blue van, know how he screwed us, and if you just bought it from there, enjoy.

Dont work with wade bruder. he doesnt care bout your needs. just wants to make money and doesnt think twice bout screwing you over. ended up going to point and working with them. Get a different finance guy
Great Online Buying Experience
I called Randy Solberg after seeing that they had a new RAM TRX online. It was exactly what I was looking for and the price was better than everyone else in the country. Communication with Randy was great throughout the entire process and he gave me a great tutorial on the truck's technology. Wade was great to work with on the financing. The truck was fully detailed, fueled-up, and ready to go when I arrived. The also gave me a nice discount on some running boards they installed. This is a great old fashioned dealership that made buying online pleasurable and stress-free! The most important part is there were no surprises! They followed through with everything they said they would.
Get price quotes elsewhere
If your vehicle is outside the warranty window and you have to pay for your own repairs do not go here. I was given a estimate of over $500 for a repair and asked why it was so much for what i thought to be a fairly simple repair. I then called 3 other repair shops in town(non-dealership repair shops) and they all laughed when i told them how much Johnson's wanted to charge me. I ended up getting my repairs done for $270 and all is good. These big dealers rip you off so they can afford to pay the salaries of all the excess employee's they have sitting around by a computer answering phones. While the joe blow corner repair shop does the same quality work for half the price
We purchased our Jeep Compass from the dealership and received excellent service. Randy and Derek were great to work with and did not push us into anything. There were not a ton of added fees like some dealers and they explained everything to us and were up front with all the details.
It was like family
My husband and I were shopping for a used vehicle for our growing family. Everyone was very friendly and I felt like they were honest good hearted people. They really helped us meet our needs!
Buying a used vehicle
Julie was an excellent sales representative to work with. She was thorough and patient through the whole process from start to finish. She made us feel like family while we decided which direction we wanted to proceed in. This dealership has a small town, family feel in today's busy world that we really appreciated! You are treated as people not numbers, each transaction for vehicles we have had there has been very successful and long lasting. Derrick was also very helpful and thorough in concluding our final paper work.
Small dealership, huge satisfaction
Was given a heads up on the quality of this dealership by my wife's cousin. Decided to see for myself and was very impressed by the saleslady (Julie) the service manager (Ryan) and Dereck who wrote the deal. The amount they gave me for my trade was $2,500 bucks more than V & H offered. The truck was discounted to invoice and then the rebates took the truck down to an insane price. Could not pass this up and cut my truck note in half. This will be the third Ram truck I have purchased and have not had a problem with any of them. Great truck - Great dealer.

I purchased a 2007 Hummer H3 on March 3, 2017 with Julie. Julie made us feel so comfortable and didn't pressure us into anything. She even played with my 2 year old while we worked on financing!!
