Ethan was great and no problems at all with anything he did. The time to get out of there considering we were paying cash was very lengthy, taking several hours. The brand new car was not very clean which I have never experienced before. The worst of it was the final paperwork where we turned down the packages. For sone reason the pre-paid only change push really bothered the guy abd he made some snarky comments which is the last experience we had with your team. Horrible taste in my mouth from thatvand the rest of my family caught the comments as well. I don't think ruining our impression of your business is worth pushing a pre-paid oil change program. Maybe he (not Ethan) was having a bad day but you can't afford that reaction if people turn down your offers.

One of the better car buying experiences I've had. Staff was good to work with, not to pushy on the scotchguard and undercoating. Pricing and fees were fair without having to haggle. I'll be looking here again for my next purchase.
