We met with Kif Patrick yesterday to purchase a new (used) car. He met us promptly and with a smile. He has a great attitude, and a fantastic sense of humor. He made our experience fun and easy. He walked us through the process quickly, and even stayed late to make sure we could take our car home with us that night. I cannot say enough great things about our experience! Let me start off by saying that I did not purchase the vehicle for myself, this was a vehicle for my Mom. He made the process so smooth and easy for her. This was not something that was going to be easy for her since she was trading in her past husbands vehicle of 54 years. He was very personable and made her feel extremely comfortable. I first met Chris Randall and Mike Secord on 12 January, 2013. I had previously inquired by e-mail on a vehicle that I was interested in. When I arrived at the dealership, I was met by Chris. He was a very personable and knowledgeable young man willing to help with any questions and concerns that I had in conjenction with the purchase of a new vehicle. Chris answered any and all questions I had and I was put completely at ease during the whole process. He completely explained all the paperwork and resolved any issues I may have had. He is an asset to your dealership and I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from him in the future. After completing the vehicle purchase, I was looking at various accessories and Mike introduced himself to my Son and I. We questioned him extensively on different accessories and Mike answered all of our questions and addressed any concerns that we had. I felt like I was talking with someone I had known for a long time. Mike set us up with the accessories we wanted and on the 26th of January, both my Son and I had them installed on our new vehicles under Mikes supervision. Somehow the Tannau Cover I wanted was wrong on the service order, and, Mike went out of his way to check with suppliers for the right cover, and since they were out of stock, he said he would order the cover Monday and notify me when it comes in so I can have it installed. Mike is a great asset to your dealership. My reason for dealing with the Apple Group was the terrific service I received from Apple Valley Ford/Lincoln when my Wife and I purchased our 2011 Lincoln MKX from them.

As soon as I seen this car salesman, I just knew I was going to purchase my first car from him. And after have visiting 5 different dealerships, 2 of them being other Ford ones, I did end up buying my car from him:-) He is nice, funny, knowledgable, helpful, and handsome;-) Since Ilaisa was new at the time, Paul Talbot was by his side to assist him. Paul is just as wonderful as Ilaisa. It was such a great experience, I'll never forget it!

Curt and the team did a great job I only wished my Physician did as good of job as they do on my car, I would be much healthier! I would recommend Shakopee Ford for any work you would want done to a car!
