We really like this dealership. We've dealt with them many times over the years and they continue to be the place where we prefer to buy a vehicle and to get service. We've tried other dealers and always come back here.

I always have a great experience when I go to Northtown Ford. We buy our cars from there and have all our service work done there. It is a top notch dealership with excellent customer service.

Pretty much no haggle. We tried but they wouldn't budge. Totally get it, as it wasn't a dealer normal product. We feel based on what other dealers were getting it was a fair deal!

My F150 Ford 2016 has been missing and the truck kills. The service tech cannot figure it out. Not sure what to do maybe have another shop review the problem. The tech keeps installing parts with no success.
