As always the Northtown service staff were wonderful. They addressed everything I explained to them without a problem and fixed it quickly. I could not be happier they Northtown Ford.

Twice!!! Twice now, years apart I’ve been either ignored or it’s taken DAYS for them to respond about a car inquiry. Both times woulda likely been sales. Both times I’ve reached out through cars.com AND there website and nothing!! The first time after a week of no response the guy told me the car was covered in snow. Implying he was too lazy to shovel it out. Is everyone else going there and just throwing money at them begging to buy a car?? There’s too many cars and too many dealers for me to ever waste my time with these people again.
