The people who work here are thoughtful and took care of both me (72 year old) and my car. I had an engagement to get to and they worked hard d to get me to it.

Excellent and efficient service. It was easy to book my appointment on time. Drop off was easy, and with the workload of the day they were able to complete my service before my appointment time even began - which turned out to be an amazing blessing with our afternoon schedule. Thank you!

Don’t waste your time here

Absolute worst dealership in terms of customer service, sales and vehicle service. They don’t keep in contact or update me. They straight up lie to me about when my vehicle will be ready to pick up. A service that was supposed to be 2 days is coming up on a week and a half with no end in sight. I tried talking to the manager but even he did nothing and simply didn’t care. If I could take back doing business here I would. They only want your money and once they get it they couldn’t care less if you continue to be satisfied or not. I would’ve gotten better service from any other dealer in the state.

I didn’t appreciate the pressure up of selling up a mileage maintenance service and the associate couldn’t explain the bill when asking for specifics. Also the windshield wiper fluid wasn’t replenished even though the light was on.

I want to assure you that it is our goal to be as transparent as possible in providing advice on maintenance to our Guests. Our Advisors are familiar with what maintenance the Manufacturer recommends at the various mileage intervals and want to make sure that owners are aware of those, as over the long term, simply performing oil changes may lead to drivability concerns as the result some of those recommended items not having been performed. We respect the fact that it is the prerogative of the owner to service their vehicle as they best see fit, our objective is to ensure that we have provided the best advice in the meantime so that owners can make informed decisions in that regard..
